On April 13, I deposed $100 to my account. This month I earned $300. I decided to withdraw my profit and made a $200 request. When the withdrawal period established in the Agreement ended, the broker notified me that my account was checked by the Security Department. On April 27, I got an e-mail, which said that my account was blocked ‘cause I used prohibited software. Since then I can’t log in to my client cabinet, can’t withdraw my money. I only receive messages about the 5.3 clause of the Agreement. After I wrote them a complaint, they made up a new reason for blocking my account. They said that I was trading on several accounts from one computer at the same time. It's a lie! I closed my second VIP-account before registering the new one! My personal manager knew it and he proved these changes. At the beginning of trading on the new account, there were no funds on the VIP. I believed the account manager that he closed my VIP-account. But now I see that I was wrong.
